What’s The Easy Exit Guarantee?

The Satisfaction Guarantee: In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service I am delivering, I kindly request that you engage in a discussion with me as I am eager to have the chance to enhance your experience.

All you need to do is communicate the issue to me, and grant me a period of seven days to address and rectify it. Should you still find yourself unsatisfied, a simple written request for an unconditional release can be submitted by either texting me at 817.584.7856 or emailing me. Upon receipt of your request, you will promptly receive a written confirmation of your release, accompanied by a copy of the MLS data sheet indicating the “Cancelled” status within 48 hours.

Can you fire a Realtor®?

The answer is yes.

The listing contract or buyer agency contract that you sign when working with a LA realtor does not have a release clause in it.

So unless the broker takes pity on you (which doesn’t happen often, believe me!) you are tied to that Realtor® until that contract expires.

What about a buyers agreement?

A buyers agreement is just like a listing agreement. It is a document that lets each side know what their duties to each other are.

When you work with me, this guarantee also applies to the buyers agreement.

Do a lot of agents offer this?

As of the writing of this page the answer is no. I personally do not know anyone that offers this kind of guarantee.

At the end of the day I still care if you find a home or get your home sold. If we can not do that together, I can introduce you to other agents you get along with better.
